Legendary Marbella Property

This is a story spanning over 40 years — about a renowned developer from the coast of Marbella, Spain — Greenlife.

It’s time for a change. Until 2009, they were actively building and expanding; however, a new chapter now begins.

Our challenge: to refresh the identity and communication.

We started with positioning. The greatest value for the owner lies in the brand’s history — people know them, choose them, and trust them. That’s what makes Greenlife truly legendary.

Shapes change, but values are timeless

Being legendary is great — but we didn’t want the brand to look stuck in the past. Greenlife is evolving, ready to create something new while staying true to its time-tested approach.

Because forms may change — but values never do.

In one video, we had to tell the story of what Greenlife once was, introduce its new positioning, reveal plans aligned with the refreshed strategy — all while being thousands of kilometres away from the actual location.

Filming online? Pure chaos — but as Illia says, we had a great time hanging out. Even through Zoom.

What about the identity?

We kept the sense of legacy through the main element of the old logo — three trees. It’s also symbolic because one of the brand’s core values is to reveal and preserve the potential of nature, not ignore it.

We replaced the old logo with a new one:

Old money tone of voice

Visuals, copy, mood, and typography — everything speaks the language of old money. You’ve got millions in the bank, but you still vibe with vintage cars, plain polo shirts, and timeless Marbella beachfront properties that fit perfectly into the picture.
